At Croze Art, we are committed to delivering your art with care and efficiency. We make sure that each piece arrives in pristine condition. Here's what you need to know about our shipping process:

• Processing Time: Please allow between 2 and 5 days for your artwork to be created and prepared for shipping.
• Shipping Methods:
  • For the UK and EU/EEA, orders are sent via postage with the option to upgrade to DHL Express courier.
  • For orders shipped outside the UK and EU/EEA, such as to the USA, Canada, and Australia, as well as all framed orders, they are always shipped via Express Courier.
• Tracking Your Order: Once your order is on its way, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Keep an eye on your inbox (and spam folder) to stay updated on your shipment's progress.
• International Shipping: Yes, we ship worldwide! Shipping times and costs vary by destination. All applicable customs fees, taxes, and duties are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost.
• Packaging: Artworks are securely packaged to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Prints are rolled in protective tubes, while framed pieces are boxed with additional protection.

Returns Policy

Your satisfaction is paramount to us. If for any reason you're not completely happy with your purchase, here's how our returns process works:

• Contact Us: Initiate your return by emailing us at info@croze-art.com. Please include your order number and the reason for the return.
• Return Instructions: After your return request is registered, you'll receive an email with detailed instructions and the return address. Please note, you are responsible for return postage and any shipping or customs costs.
• Condition: Returned items must be well-protected during shipping and returned in their original condition. We reserve the right to refuse returns on items that are not in their original condition.
• Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll process your refund.
