How to Track Your Order

When your order is dispatched from our studio, it is sent via a tracked service. You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is on its way. Here's how you can track your order:

For Orders within the UK

• DHL: If your order is shipped with DHL, you can track it using the tracking number provided in your dispatch email. Visit the DHL tracking page and enter your tracking number to view the status of your shipment.

• Royal Mail Signed For: This service requires a signature upon delivery, and the tracking information is updated once Royal Mail attempts delivery. You can track your Royal Mail package by visiting the Royal Mail tracking page and entering the tracking number provided to you.

For Orders in Europe and Rest of the World

• DHL: For international orders sent with DHL, use the tracking number from your dispatch email on the DHL tracking page to find out where your package is and when it's expected to arrive.

Estimated Delivery Times

Please note that the times below are estimates. Fulfilment generally takes 2-5 working days before dispatch.

United Kingdom

• Postage (Standard): 1-2 working days after dispatch
• Courier (Express): 1-2 working days after dispatch

Germany

• Postage (Standard): 1-2 working days after dispatch
• Courier (Express): 1-2 working days after dispatch

Europe (EU)

• Postage (Standard): 2-7 working days after dispatch, actual delivery can take up to 10 days
• Courier (Express): 1-3 working days after dispatch

Europe (EEA & CH, non-EU)

• Postage (Standard): 2-7 working days after dispatch, actual delivery can take up to 10 days
• Courier (Express): 2-4 working days after dispatch

United States & Canada

• Courier (Express): 2-5 working days after dispatch

Australia & New Zealand

Rest of the World
